heat is a form of energy whereas temparature is the measure of coldness or hotness of a body

Temperature is the measurement of the coldness or hotness of a body which is measured in various scales such as deg. Celsius, deg. Fahrenheit; and Kelvin.
Whereas, heat is just a form of energy.
