Cost of Shirt - Rs. 1500
Discount = 20%
So Discount amount is = 1500 x 20% = Rs. 300
The cost of shirt with 20% Discount = 1500 - 300 = Rs. 1200
Again discount 25% over and above existing discount
That is 25% of Rs 1200
So discount amount is = 1200 x 25% = Rs. 300
The cost of shirt with additional 25% discount is = 1200 - 300 = Rs. 900
So Kunal has to pay Rs. 900 for the shirt after both discount applied.
Thanks

according to the question, m. price is Rs 1500
kunal got discount of 20% first Therefore
1500×20/100
= 300
therefore he got discount of Rs 300
therefore discounted amount will be 1500-300
= 1200
Again he got discount of 25%
therefore
1200×25/100
=300
therefore last discounted amount is
1200-300
=900
kunal got discount of 20% first Therefore
1500×20/100
= 300
therefore he got discount of Rs 300
therefore discounted amount will be 1500-300
= 1200
Again he got discount of 25%
therefore
1200×25/100
=300
therefore last discounted amount is
1200-300
=900
