Hii,

◆ Answer -

n = 18 toffees

● Explaination -

Let x be the cost price of each toffee.

He sold 12 tofees at Rs.5 with 4% loss,

12x × (100-4)/100 = 5

12x × 96/100 = 5

x = (100 × 5) / (12 × 96)

x = 0.434 Rs

Assume n be the number of toffees he sold at Rs.10 to get 28% profit.

nx × (100+28)/100 = 10

n × 0.434 × 128/100 = 10

n = (100 × 10) / (0.434×128)

n = 18 toffees

Therefore, Kunalbabu should sell 18 toffees at Rs. 10 to get 28% profit.
