5) The population of a town increased from 3,50,000 to 3,85,000. Find the percentage increase.

SOLUTION : 3,85,000 - 3,50,000
= 35,000
= 35,000 divided by 100%
= 350 % increase
= 35,000
= 35,000 divided by 100%
= 350 % increase
