We all are dependent on each other in one or the other way. We cannot fix the switch boards, hence we have electricians; we can't fix faucets, hence we have plumbers; we can't build a home, hence we have labours and so on.
Today, let us focus on our hard working people: labours.
An architect is a person who has creative ideas in his mind which he wants to execute on the field. He will have many building plans in his mind which he will want to get executed. But you will never see an architect working on the field, lifting bricks and cement for building a building.
An architect need labours to execute his plan. No other person than masons know how to use the materials perfectly in order to have a beautiful and safe building. Labours are the people who are not architects but their mind runs no less than an architect due to the practical knowledge they have because of the regular work in the field.
