Lack of sleep (b) weakens the body’s capacity to combat diseases.

It makes us lethargic and less energetic whole day.

Lack of sleep results in the weakness of a body's capacity to combat diseases. As the body healing time is highest when you are asleep. But sleeping less, the time gets lesser and the brain does not get enough time to refreshes itself so it remains tired and loose its ability to combat diseases
