The ratio of the notes is :  2 : 3 : 5

Let her have    2 * N number of Rs 100 notes,    3 * N number of Rs 50 notes,  and 5 * N  number of Rs 10 notes respectively.

Then the total value of the currency notes will be:

     2 N * Rs 100 + 3 N * Rs 50 + 5 N * Rs 10  =  Rs 4, 00, 000

 =>    200 N + 150 N + 50 N = Rs 4, 00, 000

 =>    400 N = Rs 4, 00, 000

     =>  N = 1, 000

Hence,  There are 2N = 2,000 notes of Rs 100  ,   3N = 3,000 notes of Rs 50 and  finally ,  5 N = 5, 000 notes of Rs 10.

There’s an alternate method too:

number of rs 100 note = 2x
number of rs 50 note = 3x
number of rs 10 note = 5x
then,
100*2x + 50*3x + 10*5x = 400000
200x + 150x + 50x = 400000
400x = 400000
x = 1000

rs. 100 note = 2000
rs 50 note = 3000
rs 10 note = 5000

Hope This Helps :)
