Landlocked means no direct access to sea . Madhaya Pradesh Punjab haryana Rajasthan uttar Pradesh Bihar are prime examples of landlocked states in India . There are others also . Maharashtra Karnataka Kerala Tamil Nadu Goa Gujarat etc are NOT landlocked as they have direct access to sea.
