When born, kids can usually pronounce a lot of phonetics and sounds.
This however changes as we grow older and pick on the pronunciations of the language and tone we usually are taught.
But before a language is taught, kids learn a few words form what they hear around them.
The best way these days for a kid to learn a new language could also be brought about by television.
As kids, the learning potential is huge and if exposed to quizzes on tv in different languages, or tv shows for kids that are educative, a kid can learn more than one language.
