To the sales manager,

Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this letter to you in order to get my complaint registered in your department. This laptop no. KX34455381 was sold to meet two weeks ago with a warranty of 30 days. Since i have started using this more frequently, it has been acting weird due to many snags. It shuts down on its own, it heats up very quickly, it gets stuck. I am not at all satisfied with its performance and would like you to either repair this item or replace it as per your policy.
