Step-by-step explanation:

\huge\sf\underline\blue{answer}

given,

1) A, B and C can do a piece of work in 10 days

2) A alone can do it in 40 days

3) B alone can do it in 30 days.

\huge\fcolorbox{black}{pink}{answer}

let ,

one day work of A,B,C together = 1/10

one of work of A alone = 1/40

one day work of B alone = 1/30

one day work of C alone = 1/C

 \frac{1}{10} =  \frac{1}{40} +  \frac{1}{30} +  \frac{1}{c}

1/c = 1/10-1/40-1/30

1/c = 12-3-4/120

1/c = 12-7/120

1/c = 5/120 = 1/24

.: one day work done by C alone = 1/24

work done by C alone = 24days
