 \frac{x}{y}  =  {( \frac{3}{5} )}^{ - 3}  \times  { (\frac{5}{2}) }^{ - 3}  \\  \\   \:  \:  \:  \:  \: =   {( \frac{3}{5} \times  \frac{5}{2}  ) }^{ - 3} \\  \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  =  (\frac{3}{2}) ^{ - 3}  =   {( \frac{2}{3} )}^{3}  =  { \green{\frac{8}{27} }}

Now,

 {( \frac{x}{y} )}^{ - 1}  =   {( \frac{8}{27} )}^{ - 1}  =  { \red{\frac{27}{8} }}
