Heya!
First of all Let us answer the question -
Is it going to be hard for Middle class general to survive?
=> I think yeah it would be. 49.5% seats are reserved for OBCs, STs and SCs (total) so 50.5% seats are left. In these seats, there is tough competition among the generals. So yeah, suppose person belonging to SC may score only 40/80 and gets a chance in the office and the general scoring 70/80 has to go back as there are no more seats left. So I think that this reservation system has created a hatred among the society. However, one can take it in a positive way that this gives general a target to score 100% to get a seat, thus making the generals more determined to their work but it is not justified if compared with the society.
So let's proceed to second question -
Is it against the right to equality?
- For the SCs and STs, clearly not. Why? Here take an instance. Suppose your brother/sister/sibling is sick. Your family, your mother will give him/her more care or not? So does that mean she does not love you? Ofcourse she does. In the same way, the SCs are weaker sections of the society. Hence they are given a little more care but the constitution gives equality to all. Hope I am clear.
However, for the richer SCs and STs, there should be no reservations, as they are not weak anymore. For poor SCs, constitution may give. For the OBCs, I do not think reservation is needed as they are not the exploited sections. General are not exploited either. So ofcourse, reservation for general is just a vote bank by the politicians.
So, overall we may conclude that reservation should be given only to the weaker sections and among the weaker, the poor people should only get reservations.
That's my own view, I am extremely sorry if someone's sentiments are hurt by it.
Let's know something more :-
» The constitution says that no more than 50% reservation should be there. Currently, OBC, SC and ST are total of 49.5%. So adding 10% general would give a challenge to the constitution. It would be hard for government to let the law come.
» The opposition in Rajya Sabha is not supposed to pass the bill.
Hence there is high chance that the bill would not become a law.
#No_offence to anyone.

Amazing question asked once again!!
=========================
Well, before beginning to answer your first question, i.e., "is the bill presented for reservation of seats for poors generals going to be hard for middle class generals to survive?", I'd say that the bill is going go provide 10% quota in jobs and education to general category candidates who belong to the economically weaker sections of the society. But, this 10% reservation was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. So the point to say this is that, if a panel of nine judges held it unconstitutional, how can you make amendments in the Constitution??
Yeah. We can clearly understand that the bill is not going to be beneficial for us by seeing the number of people opposing it. There may be some people who are opposing it due to certain reasons, but the number of people is much high, which means that it is actually not correct to pass the bill.
Economically backward UPPER castes whose family income is under 8 lakh per annum will be benefited from the proposed quota reservation.
So, is it that only poor people of upper castes will be benefited??
According to me, yes.
So this means that it is an inequality for others.
Secondly, not only this, there are many fields where we can see lots of inequality.
So, this is also going to be "included" in that group "inequality".
(This isn't my view exactly. This is the conclusion which I've drawn after knowing the views of certain people who were involved during the passing of the bill.)
And also, reservations are meant for JUSTICE.
According to government sources, the 10% reservation is for all those classes that do not come under 50% quota. It will be for the economically backwards of all communities. This won't affect the reservation for SCs, STs and OBCs.
The proposed reservation will be above the existing 50% reservation, making it 60 per cent.
So, now let's see what more happens!!
==========================
HOPE IT IS SATISFACTORY!!
