The longitudinal difference 0 degrees and 69 degrees East.

69 degrees. 69×4= 276 minutes .276÷ 60=4 hrs 36 minutes.

12 noon + 4 hrs 36 minutes=4 pm past 36 minutes

Longitudinal difference between

0 Degrees and 30 Degrees West-30 Degrees.

30 ×4 = 120 minutes.120÷60= 2 hrs.

This being to the west is 2 hrs from 12noon on Greenwich.

12- 2=10am. It would be the local time on 30 Degrees Longitude.

Longitudinal difference between

0 degree and 12 Degrees East is 12 Degrees.

12×4=48 minutes.

This is to be added into 12 noon as it is to the east of Greenwich.

So on 12 Degrees East the local time would be 12hrs + 48 minutes

= 12hrs48 minutes.
