law of conservation of energy says energy cant be created but e=mc^2 says that energy is created why is it so ? explain .

e= mc^2 couldn't say that energy is created but it says that mass is a form of energy ,and says that mass is converted to energy ,it didn't disobey law of consevation of energy

Energy is niether nor destroyed but it change it form and acc. To this equation e=mc^2 we are able to find energy of a substance having some mass and some velocity and majorly this equation is used in space
