It isn't that hard for you to speak English flawlessly. 'cause you have been listening to English from a long time. Obviously, it is easy for you to speak English up to an extent. Every person has the potential in them to exhibit their ability. So does you. Foremost, you have to be confident enough to break through the shackles of teasings and tauntings from people around you. Everyone can't be perfect. You'll make mistakes. And it is obvious that people will judge you no matter what. So, you should shape your mind in such a way that u doesn't give a priority to others' sayings. 


Like I said, it is easy for you to talk in English when u even give the least consideration to it. For speaking it without flaws, you should be good at vocabulary and grammar. If you have this keen interest in becoming a pro in English, I'd like to lend a helping hand to you. Refer grammar books, listen to Hollywood music, watch movies, read novels and the list goes on. You should try communicating with ppl in English. You should attend spoken English classes. Be like a pro, talk like a pro!
