Miracle of gestures in a strange restaurant
It was last Sunday when we all(students of class 10) were taken to a nearby restaurant quite adjacent to our school locality by our teacher. Actually, during our last activity class, all of us spoke about our fondness for foods and other things, by hearing which our teacher promised us to take us to a good place to eat someday.
So, while we went to this restaurant, we were very eager to enjoy good foods. The ambiance of the restaurant was quite well. However, very soon we realized that the staffs did not know how to hear or speak. They had visual sand hearing impairment.
At first we had to face a lot of trouble as we couldn't explain them about what we wanted to eat. Later, our teacher very patiently explained to them in certain gestures, i.e. facial gestures etc, which these staffs could see and understand. Very surprisingly, we had to wait for just 20-25 minutes after which the foods were brought to us. They were very delicious also. We were very happy and understood the real value of speaking through gestures.
