When you eat, nutrients consumed by body and waste goes to intestine. There it is converted in some faecal matter. and kidney and other organs work to get them outside the body. you consume water, it increases blood volume. then certain hormones work to make it normal. if you get thirst, blood volume decreases then to make it normal, some other hormones like ADH from kidney, ANF from heart works to make correction. Every blood corpuscles are used up and produced continuously to make everything perfect. Neurons work according to your actions. Muscles contract with your actions.
