Least distance of distant vision of a person observed as 35 cm .What lensis useful for him to see the surroundings clearly.Why?

convex lens bcoz he is suffering from hypermetropia

He should use convex lens as least distance is 25cm and to bring back image to the retina he would need convex lens .
He is suffering from hypermetropia
