Answer:

Least no which is exactly divisible by 4,6,8,12=LCM of 4,6,8,12

Prime factorisation of 4:2×2

Prime factorisation of 6:2×3

Prime factorisation of 8:2×2×2

Prime factorisation of 12:2×2×3

LCM=highest power of common factors =2×2×2×3=24

Now 24=2×2×2×3

To make it a perfect square we have to multiply it from 2×3

So, 24×2×3=2×2×2×2×3×3

Hence 144 is least perfect square which is divisible by all the three given no.
