NO AS THE STOMATA ARE BLOCKED SO IT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN EXCHANGE OF GASES DURING PHOTOSYNTHESIS

TRANSPIRATION ALSO WONT OCCUR .... RESULTING IN DYING OF THE PLANT
