A -> No , if leaves of plant are covered by Vaseline, the plant won't stay healthy for long because, covering leaves with Vaseline will block the stomata of leaves and leaves can't take in Carbon dioxide, which is necessary for them to make their food and due to inability of making food , plant will die.
