Leela always eats only dal and rice in every meal she often Falls ill and has became prone to diseases can you suggest changes in her diet which can make her healthy and free from diseases.(3-4 points).

Having only dal and rice is not a healthy diet...
Leela should include vegetables and egg, milk, mutton or chicken in her diet as it has proteins.... She can even include dry fruits like almonds and cashew nuts.... Pulses are cheap and also has low-fat proteins, fibre, vitamins and minerals... If she includes this type of of healthy foods in her diet she can lead a healthy life
