Explain the swinging of the pressure belts.

Pressure belts are the areas which have the high or low pressure persistently. In winters they shift towards equator and in summer it moves to the poles. The pressure belt tend to swing north and south by 5-10 latitudes with the seasonal changes in the sun declination
