The provision of compulsory and universal education has been our cherished national ideal and has also been incorporated into our Constitution but it is still to be achieved. In order to provide more funds for education, an education cess of 2 % has been imposed on all taxes. Several states in India have successfully executed programs to increase and boost literacy rates. A set of key factors have been recognized to bring success to boost literacy such as official will to succeed, taking steps to engage the community in the administration of the program,  getting adequate funding for infrastructure and teachers, and providing for additional services which is valued by the community such as free school lunches etc.

1. Should create social, economical and political improvements by the help of educated persons and students.
2. Students should create awareness programmes about the advantages of education and how it can be apply to our daily lives.
3. Should erase the negative thoughts from people minds like sending their children to work at small ages for money or narrow minded thinking like girls doesnt need to study etc.
4. Seminars should be conducted in village level farmers and primary schools ,let them make aware about education.
