Let number of 5 rupee coins be denoted by x.

Let number of 2 rupee coins be denoted by y.

So total is given as 117 

Hence we get 5x + 2 y = 117  -----equation 1

Again given the number of 2rupees coin is 4 time that of 5 rupees coin

So y = 4 x -----equation 2

Up on solving both the equations we get 5 rupee coins as 9 and 2 rupee coins are 36.

Checking 9*5 = 45 and 36*2 = 72 ...up on adding we get 117.
