legislature and executive are needed, but what is the need of the judiciary?are not the members competent enough to govern the country?

JUDICIARY IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT KEEPS A CHECK ON BOTH LEGISLATIVE AND EXECUTIVE SO THAT THEY WORK WELL.
