Answer:

Given, Side (x) = 25m; Diagonal, d1=30 cm

If the other diagonal is d2, then

25=21d12+d22

or 50=302+d22

or 502=302+d22

or d22=502−302=80×20

∴d2=40cm

Hence, area of rhombus =21d1×d2

=21×30×40=600sq.m.
