then,

Let to be Length =x+4
Breadth =x


So follow the instructions,,

2(L+B)=84
2(x+x+4)=84
2(2x+4)=84
2x+4=84/2
2x+4=42
2x=42-4
2x=38
x=38/2
x=19

then,

Breadth =x =19 m
Length=x+4=19+4=23m
