Answer:

I am the best of brainy now I explain you this question.

Step-by-step explanation:

let length be l and breath be b so length = 2+b so perimeter is = 2(l+b)

48 = 2(2+b+b)

48=2(2+2b)

48=4+4b

48-4=4b

44=4b

11=b

length l =2+b

2+11=13

area =L×b

13×11

Answer:

hello...

let width be x cm

so length will be 2+x cm

given perimeter of rectangle is 48 cm

perimeter of rectangle 2(a+b) =48

2(x+2+x)=48

2x+2=24

2x=22

x=11

therefore width of rectangle is 11 cm

and length of rectangle =2 + x=2+11=13cm

area of rectangle =a×b

=11×13

=143cm^2
