Let the breadth be 'x'
And the length =3x-4
Perimeter=l+b+l+b=2(l+b)
72=2(x+3x-4)
72=2(4x-4)
72=8x-8
80=8x
x=10 m
Breadth= 10m
Length = 26m
Area of the rectangular field =l×b=26×10=260 m²
