The length of other diagonal is 2\sqrt{15} m

Step-by-step explanation:

Given;

Length of a side of a Rhombus is 8m and one of its diagonal is 14m

In a Rhombus the diagonals are perpendicular to and bisect each other.

From figure;

  \bigtriangleup AOB is given,

AB^{2} =AO^{2} +OB^{2}   (∵ \angle AOB=90degree )

8^{2} =AO^{2} +7^{2}

AO=\sqrt{8^{2}-7^{2}  }

AO=\sqrt{15}

AC=2AO=2\sqrt{15}

So the length of other diagonal is 2\sqrt{15} m
