Answer:

Given,

length of rectangle :- 3 times of breadth

Area of rectangle :- 432m2

  • Area of rectangle= 432m2
  • 2×(l+b) = 432m2
  • 2×(3×b) = 432m2
  • 432m2÷ 2 = 216 ( 3 + b)
  • 216÷3 =b
  • 32 = b
  • now we find length
  • lenght = 3 times of breadth
  • 3x32

Answer:

Let the length be x m. and breadth be 3x m.

perimeter= 432 m^2

A.T.O.

( x+3x ) = 432

4x =432

x = 432/4

x = 108

The length are 108 m.

And breadth are 3×108 = 324 m.
