Let the breadth of rectangular field be x m,

So, Length of rectangular field would be 2x m according to the question.

Formula, perimeter of rectangle = 2( length + breadth )

Given, perimeter of rectangular field = 60 m

= > 2( breadth + length ) = 60 m

= > ( x + 2x ) = 30 m

= > 3x = 30 m

= > x = 10 m

 \:

Hence,
Breadth of rectangular field = x m = 10 m
Length of rectangular field = 2x m = 2( 10 m )= 20 m

 \bold {\huge {Solutions :-}}

 \bold {Let} the  \bold {breadth} of rectangular field be  \bold { x }

 \bold {So,}
 \bold {Length~ =~ 2x}

We know  \bold {perimeter ~of ~rectangle }
 \bold {= ~2( length + breadth ) }

 \bold {Given,}
 \bold {Perimeter~ of~ rectangular} field
 \bold { = ~60 m}

 \bold {=>~ 2( breadth + length ) ~= ~60 m}

 \bold {= > 2( x + 2x ) = 60 }

 \bold {= > 2x+4x = 60 }

 \bold {=>6x = 60 }

 \bold {= > x = 10 }

 \bold {Hence, }

 \bold {Breadth ~ =~ x ~= ~10 m}
 \bold {Length ~ = ~2x ~= ~2( 10 m )~=~ 20 m}
