Height = 3 m

Lateral surface area of a cuboid =

2*h(l+b)

= 2 * 3 ( 2b+b) = 108m^2

= 6 * 3b = 108

= b = 108/9

= b = 12 m

Length = 12*2 = 24 m

Breadth = 12m
