Answer:

f(x)=[√x+ 1÷√x]²

substitute 2 in x place

f(2)=[√2+1÷√2]²

     =2+1+2√2÷2     [(a+b)²=a²+b²+2ab]

     =3+2√2/2

      =3+ 2.828/2  [√2=1.414]

      =5.828/2

       =2.914
