Let's draw a parallelogram GATE whose adjacent sides are, GA=7cm and AT=5cm
angle-GAT=45°

sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram Is 180 °

so one angle is 45

other will be 135°

  1. draw a line segment GA = 7cm
  2. at A draw an angle GAT= 45°
  3. cut this angle 5cm..
  4. Now At G draw an angle EGA = 135°
  5. cut this angle 5cm
  6. now join E to T

GATE is the required parallelogram....
