Let's try to put some numbers and check which one will be correct...
so,

i) 2021

√2021 = 44.95 (which is not a perfect square)

ii) 2022

√2022 = 44.96 ( which is not a perfect square)

iii) 2023

√2023 = 44.97 ( which is not a perfect square)

iv) 2024

√2024 = 44.98 ( which is not a perfect square)

v) 2025

√2025 = 45 (which is a perfect square)

so, the final answer is 2025
i.e., 5 should be placed in place of * to make 202* a perfect square.
