1) TSA (die) = 6a^{2} = 6 * 14^{2} = 6 * 196 = 1,176

Cost = 1,176 * 2 = 2,352

2) LSA (room) = 2h(l+b)

= 2 * 6 (12.5 + 10)

= 12 * 22.5

Cost = 20 * 270

= 540
