hey
here is ur answer
===========
a+b+c=4
Explanation ➡
the sum is x^3-3x^2 +3x+7
when u factorise with (x+1)
as 1 factor, we get other factor as (x^2-4x+7)
now compare both side
so
a+b+c=1-4+7=4
=============
I hope this will help
