Respected Madam,

I had borrowed 3 books from the fiction section of the school library on 10 July 2021. However, I could not return them back within the assigned time of 15 days after borrowing. The reason behind the delay is I could not attend school for a few days due to my sister's illness. The financial condition of my family has weakened because of my sister's illness. Her recovery will take time. Kindly exempt me from the fine. I shall be grateful. Thanking you.
