Respected Sir/Ma'am

I would kindly like to inform you about the problems that tourists of our area face because of the unrepaired road and we're also disturbed by that road.
They're complaining that because of the sabotaged road, they can't reach their destinations in time and some having bone weaknesses etc are badly disturbed by all those shocks occurring due to the road.
So I would kindly request you to fix that road as soon as possible as it'll be raising our pride too.
