to, the coordinator, ignou,New Delhi sub:not recieved i-card and study material respected sir, I would like to inform you that sankhya mittal a bca student first year has paid her admission fees and submitted all required documents but she hasn't revived her i-card and study material.as now it's about a month since she has been waiting and is getting late for her studies.kindly look into the matter and contact miss sankhya mittal. thanking you
