Sir,

It was only two months back that I bought a Hitachi air conditioner from your showroom vide receipt no. 1425 dated 7th March, 2019.

For about a month, we got its remarkable services. We were pleased with its high power cooling effect and silent performance. But to my utmost perplexion, the air conditioner has now started giving trouble.

Since the air conditioner is within the warranty period of two years, you are requested to get the defects rectified by your service engineer. In case the Ac is beyond repair, kindly get it replaced.
