Letter of complaint
Write a letter to the Municipal Commissioner about the rise in number of stray dogs in your colony and various problems faced by the people of the colony. Mention that a few children have already been bitten by these dogs. Request them to make necessary arrangements by getting them rehabilitated to homes for stray animals. You are Nihal/Nainika.

Respected Sir ,
I'm writing this letter to drag your attention to our colony. From last few months. regarding stray dogs. Not only this but there has been created an unsafe environment.
We are facing high time with rise of stray dogs. Few dogs are sick and need treatment. One dog has abnormally grown his incisors teeth. Few dogs seems to be mentally sick and traumatized who are just too sensitive to a rude behaviour. One dog keeps on getting panic attacks in very short span of time. He keeps on shivering whole day. He is not even able to stand comfortably on his own legs. They don't get proper food and they seems to have ill - treated earlier. Now they are just too deadly and make an unsafe environment and they try to attack every coming person. Few children of our street has already got beaten by them when they were playing on there own. They have some psychological issues. Few dogs are too ill that they are capable of spreading disease to humans too. less powerful stray dogs get attacked by other aggressive dogs. They have started to transform into wolves who are deadly.
For a safe environment to be maintained in streets o want a proper arrangements to be made for such situation. I want you to take any action in favour of dogs and humans too. It would be so nice of you. I suggest to provide medical care to sick ones and take deadly dogs away so that it becomes a safe place of children to play safely and go to school. Expecting for a help from you.
