Dear Bapu,
Of all the leaders and freedom fighters that I have read about, the person that inspires me the most to be a better person in life is you. I admire the way how you showed us to be truthful by writing a letter to your father when the spoken word had failed you. I adore the way you stood you for what is right by helping the people in Africa. Of all your greatest achievements, I respect your integrity and determination towards acquiring our Motherland her freedom though Non-violence.
It is with great reverence in my heart that I write this letter to you with a strong will in my heart to follow your thoughts and practices and be a better person than I am today.

The principle of non violence is a great principle that can bring world peace and safety. Wars are not the solutions for any issue and these are my views, inspired by you. I would be glad, if the rest would have the same mindset.
The ideas and principles that you have introduced arouses my feelings to meet you at least once in my life. The country is surely to benefit and develop with the principle of non violence. I admire your ideas to the greatest extent.
You were selfless and treated everyone equally. I am really inspired by your qualities. I wish to do something good for the country as the result of the inspiration. You were a great leader who always thought about others.
Having a simple life and following the idea of 'ahimsa' is the best way to lead a life. This relaxes the brain and soul with a stress free mark on human health. You have also made us realise the importance of education.
I respect you to a great respect for writing a letter to follow peace and love. My respect towards you had increased since I heard about the letter. You are a role model, not only to me, but to millions of others inspired by you.
