Dear friend,

I'm good here and hope the same for you and the family.

As you know, it was the first Makar Sankranti, in which we were not together. The most regretful thing was it started raining. I love rain but I missed the enjoyment which I planned about kites. Everyone was waiting for a clear sky. But the drops of water didn't allow anyone to enjoy the beautiful sky full of kites. Due to heavy rain, the Government declared a rainy day in my area.

I hope you did enjoy this Makar Sankranti. I missed you a lot! What about uncle and aunt?  In your last letter, you told me about their poor health condition. I hope they are fine now. How is going on your studies? Break a leg ( All the best ) for examinations.
