Sir,
On 1 March from your shop has delivered the laptop at correct time and the payment is also received by you.

But when I open the box, the laptop is damaged badly by delivery. Please replace the laptop as fast as you can. I am sending the copy of the bill which is subjected to be paid. It also affect my future purchases.
