Subject - Issue of increasing pollution levels.

Sir,

I had read in your daily that pollution levels in Delhi are decreasing. But just the reverse is happening. Due to the festival of Diwali, many people are bursting crackers that causes air pollution. Umpteen number of cars are seen on roads and there is no sign of stopping them from being driven. whats more, people are burning wood, openly defecating in water bodies that causes air and water pollution respectively.

Hence, i have written this letter to inform you about the misprint in your daily and to bring to notice to the correct authorities about what is actually being done to the environment.

I sincerely hope you will publish this article so that people have an iota of understanding as to what good should be done so that they don't harm the environment.

yours sincerely
