Subject- Letter to highlight the importance of equality in Indian society.

Dear Sir,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority towards the importance and practice of equality in Indian society. Although the Indian constitution gives equal rights to every citizen there are still cases when people are discriminated on the basis of gender, caste, color, religion, and class. This should not be practiced because this hampers the working of society. Equality is the only way by which the country can walk on the path of progress. I would like to appeal to the people of India to help the nation progress by practicing equality among the citizens.

I hope that through your newspaper my suggestion would be considered and looked upon at the earliest.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours truly

Letter to the Editor about Equality in Indian Society:

The Editor,

Subject - Importance of Equality in Indian Society

Respected Sir,

Now a days, equality plays a vital role in the present scenario. Wherever it may be, there arises a question if there prevails equality between genders or castes or religions or races or status. In India, equality does not prevail everywhere and not anytime. It changes depending upon the situations where the people are affected. For example, there is a difference between castes. The people use this difference for their own benefits. The religion differences are minor when there arises not an issue but if there is a problem, this difference zooms and it makes it bigger than the real issue. So, people in India have to get matured to maintain equality everywhere.

Thanking you!

Yours truly,

Ramesh
